Anyone else having trouble getting any UK stations with a big satellite dish . Maybe ours needs re-positioning?

Can anyone remind me the sequence fir resetting the box. The one that goes from "services" then there is something about a remote transponder then you have to change a number TIA

I do not know the answer to your question but I have also been having problems at certain times of the day. I seem to remember this does happen at certain times of the year and then it does right itself after a while.
