Best analogy I’ve seen for a mind boggling fact.
Another is infinity, you can see this if you hold a mirror in front of a mirror and look down the tunnel of reflections.

The thing about handling a piece of nose shield from the space shuttle which has been heated to

What a amazing product but ultra fragile !!!!!
What’s the chances of the moon being so positioned that it is exactly the same size as the sun at the time of a total Solar eclipse, infinitesimal....

“Far out in the uncharted backwaters of the unfashionable end of the Western Spiral arm of the Galaxy lies a small unregarded yellow sun. Orbiting this at a distance of roughly ninety-three million miles is an utterly insignificant little blue-green planet whose ape-descended life forms are so amazingly primitive that they still think digital watches are a pretty neat idea.” – Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Douglas Adams

Even during quarantine we're all travelling. Go to visit James for a summary of your velocities in the universe relative to some nearby cosmic markers. Nothing is truly at rest ...heh forum browsers   :blank:
