At 06:15 am this morning it seems Arboleas town lost all of it's electricity. At 07:10 I was advised that it would be another 2 hours before it came back and bingo - at 09:15 everything lit up!!
This is in the Town - up here in the hills we had uninterrupted supplies, enough for everyone
Does anyone have any information as to what they were doing, seems serious work?
