Albox mourns the death of two teenagers as a result of a traffic accident that occurred Sunday morning on the A-1100 road, where a collision between a motorcycle driven by a teenager, and a car left two young people aged 16 and 17 years dead, as well as two adults injured.
Sources from the Emergency service have pointed out to LA VOZ that the event took place around 02:45 hours on Sunday, when 112 received an Emergency Call that informed that a car and a motorcycle had collided head-on and there were four people injured, three men aged 16, 17 and 30 years old and a woman aged 46.
According to the same source, the accident occurred at kilometer 54 of the aforementioned road as it passed through the municipality of Cantoria, to which Civil Guard agents, health workers and Highway Conservation personnel attended.
The injured were treated on-site, reports 112, but, as the newspaper learned, two of them, the two minors, have died as a result of the frontal collision between the motorcycle and the car.
This is the second fatal accident that occurred on the roads of the province this weekend, since on Saturday night a person lost his life in El Ejido. This was a 28-year-old young man who was traveling with four other people who have been injured.
