Looks really good, I might have a go at making it too, but not tonight.
I wasn't sure about this part of the instructions though

It tells you on the package how long to boil it for. Drax, if you are in this section you have to submit your weight every Thursday

Decided that the Cajun mix was a bit longwinded so bought a 40g box of Green Cuisine Cajun Spice from Harrisons
