ARE YOU DOING THE 6K ANY WAY CHALLENGE?

Next Friday Smooth FM are featuring the challenge in their special charity program.  They will mention all the wonderful and crazy things people are doing to raise money for Walk for Life.  If you are doing the challenge and haven’t yet told us what you are doing and when, or if you have only just decided to then please message on here or email judi@walk4lifearboleas.com and we will include you.

The Walk route is 6 kilometres, and you can still do it on your own, with family, with friends, in small groups.  You can walk, run, cycle, push a buggy, push a wheelchair, swim or do it in your garden or your treadmill, you can even walk The Walk route.  You can do it all at once or spread it out over several weeks.  You can do it once, once a week or once every day for a week.  You can do 3k or 18k it really is up to you. The challenge is to do it between Saturday 8th May and Saturday 3rd July and to persuade friends and family to sponsor you.
