I know that many Graysan clients in Los Requenas have visited Mike in the Town Hall to find out what is happening.
Mike has stated that the Segregation Project is now complete and ready to register.

However I have been told that some people have been asked to pay large sums of money to the Town Hall in order to proceed.
Typically between 3000 and 5000 euros.


I assume that this money is for the Segregation Tax to obtain the segregation licence.
However Mike has reported on this forum that Graysan has agreed to pay this money.
(In fact their contract clearly states that the builder is responsible for this cost).



Obviously no-one should pay any money without legal advice.
And NEVER pay in cash.
The Town Hall does not accept cash payments.
