Sorry this should have been posted last week.  Hotter this year, particularly the nights

On the whole it isn't hotter this year- it must be the humidity that makes it feel hotter

Humidity this year has been high.  Yesterday afternoon as i stood up on my roof terrace swearing at the rain god as the storm passed me by, it was particularly bad and felt as if I could cut it with a knife.  As soon as the sun came out and sky was blue again, it dropped down from 67% to just 18%.  This morning, with the strong wind, it's 22%

From 23 August

I think the trend this Summer has been warmer nights but days about the same as last year - now to be proved wrong by the next set of figures which I am working on

Day temps across the board are very close again...
No rain yet
This week a year ago, I put my summer weight duvet back on the bed but - so far- I do not need it.
