Drax

We had rain up here this morning... not much, just a few spots whilst the cloud passed  :rain:

Marcus

Indeed Drax, a heavy shower about 7 a.m. for five minutes. Heat lightning for one hour over the mountain tonight-spectacular.

Nothing here but I am assured there will be thunder storms later today and overnight.  I just hope they will not be dry storms...

Week from 5th August.  Hotter this year

So, the anticipated storms did not happen  At least not on my mountain...
Did anyone get rain?

Judi_bk

Sorry for the delay.  You will see there is a slightly odd figure in the minimum temps.  I have emailed to ask if it is a typo but had no reply.  If it changes I will correct it

Hotter this year

It'll be interesting to see next weeks rain figures!  It has been the worst storms I have had up here since I moved here 15 yrs ago.
I've just been told that more rain will be on it's way.  According to him, the Moon is in a phase where the air will be sucking up the extra moisture and depositing it when clouds become too heavy.  At least, I think that is what he was saying.  Of course it could be he was telling me that Pedro's goats were being milked!

Here they are from 9th

Somontín and Partaloa had more rain last week than they had had all year!
