Morning Judi, I had thought that as it's just the two of us we would do the chart once a month, but if you want it weekly it's no problem.

Give me your weekly stats for the past month and I will fill them in.

Now that I am starting to feel a bit more like myself, I need to get motivated to start walking again.  I think it may take a while yet, though...

Hi Judi, I emailed you the up to date chart.

Frankie, I think Judi does the same as me. We both include all our daily walking, which includes our exercise walks. It soon adds up. Only do what you feel you can at the start and possibly build it up. Hope you feel up to it soon, great for our mental health as well as physical.

Raymondo, would you like to join. We don't have our male challenger any more. He is my husband, an amputee, he went from two crutches, to one, to walking a kilometre a day without any aid. He also goes to the driving range and plays a little bit of golf again.

Doreen , Im really impressed with your husbands true grit. Well done to him. Must have a great woman in his life.
Stops me complaining about minor things. Long may he improve and get the handicap down. ⛳⛳

Raymondo I don't play my music any more while walking. Not since I found myself putting my arms in the air when Neil Diamond starting singing Sweet Caroline 😬
Not so funny when I'm on the paseo with other walkers and joggers around me 😏
