ANTI LITTER CAMPAIGN
« on: 23 Oct, 2019, 02:06:05 pm »
Nice to see Zurgena council taking the initiative with regards to the mis-use of the bins and the dumping of rubbish.

Their campaign will address the education and enforcement of anti-litter laws as well as directing the Police to patrols areas where the problems are most acute and identify and where necessary fine any transgressors.

Hopefully Arboleas council will follow suit.

In our little part of Arboleas it seems to be the Belgians that don't care what or where they dump their rubbish

They also drive from their little estates and use other area bins because they are too lazy to walk down the road to their own and fill up everyone elses on the way to town.

It is difficult for people like me who do not live anywhere near a bin and are forced to use other people's.  I was asked a couple of weeks back why I did not use the village bins as I dropped my bags off in bins near a factory.  I have no choice...
