These are grants organized by the Ministry of Development, Infrastructure and Territory Planning of the Junta de Andalucía that are divided into two lines of aid. On the one hand, those aimed at works for conservation, improving the safety of use and accessibility and, on the other hand, those that will be invested in works for the improvement of energy efficiency and sustainability.
The beneficiaries of these subsidies must meet the following requirements: be an applicant not subject to prohibitions, be the owner of the home, have a real right to use and enjoy or be a tenant of the home object of the action.
Amount
Regarding the amount of subsidies, 75% of the budget of the action will be eligible when the income is less than 22,558 euros or when the applicant resides with a person with disability or over 65 years and actions are undertaken to improve accessibility.
"We want to continue betting on the call for aid to facilitate the rehabilitation of homes, which suffer some deterioration or need to improve their living conditions or accessibility," said the mayor of the municipality of Arboleas, Cristóbal García.
