Fairly rare, seeing them in the daytime rarer, seeing them in the daytime when you have your camera ready ........

It moved, you only spot them if they move.  Saw a pair of rollers this motning and he did that tumbling rolling thing that they get their name from, sorry no photos

So it isn't the one which does the cry like a kitten which is lost?
The Golden Orioles are back and I can hear them but no matter how close I look, even using the binoculars, I cannot see them.  Their nests are really straggly and so very hard to see.  Best chance of seeing them is when they are in flight, especially in the evening when they are hunting for any flying moth, fly etc and catching them on the wing.  They show up as they have such stunning yellow plumage.
