Title: M&S (UK)online?

I have just ordered some bits from them and as with every time I order, my password has not been recognised, which means I have to go through the process of giving a new one.  As with previously, the 'new' password I give has been the one I always use with them.  Does anyone else experience this?

Not recently, but I do find their site cumbersome.

It is, I agree, but I know their sizing and what fits me.  I get so annoyed  as it takes twice as long to get to the end of the check out process,

I don't use M&S anymore since they stopped their free delivery to Spain.

I am happy to pay the 4 euro charge, Wolfie...  They do not charge for orders over 50euro.

Oh, they must have changed their delivery charge since I last looked (ages ago...) - might have another look.
