That's bright, comes into force on a Monday..."please don't  go and have a last fling family party" of course they won't.   I think they want people to get it, herd immunity and they can use it as THE big excuse for everything else

Why was it not in force on friday?  Seems ridiculous. Even those out in crowds were admitting they were out as a last fling!  Let's hope it doesn't become that...

Never quite undestand why they annonce these things to begin "in a few days time" !
OK, if it is to do with closing overseas countries for quarantine, then this gives people the option to return to the UK before the time (at a greatly increased air fare !!), but why say they are closing an area next week.
Doesn't make any sense to me  :dunno: :dunno:

Why aren't masksj aren't mandatory in the UK!  As an aside, couple arriving on Sunday from UK, will be staying away as their last visit they didn't understand masks over their face.  Masks over wrists or under the chin.  :angry:

It isn't just in UK where people find it acceptable to wear masks under chins or only covering mouths.  The closer I get to the coast here the more of these people I see.... :rolleyes:
