If he is still hungry, hasn't had enough, our dog will sit at the side of his bowl and won't move until another handful of biscuits or something has been consumed - we've started to call him Oliver.

Who said animals were dumb ?

My KatyKat is like Judi says, as soon as the bottom of her bowl shows, she thinks it's empty.  As she's blind, I need o scrape it into the centre for er.  She now thinks that every time I go to the kitchen it is to give her a couple of Dreamies (or the cheaper, identical, Spanish one called Catisfactions).
