Title: Pound - Euro

Has anyone else noticed the way the rate is going?  I got 1.17 euro to the pound today.  Nothing like the 1.54 I was getting when I first moved here nearly 17 years ago but much better then the 1.10 of recent times.

Has been a half decent rate for the last month Frankie, must admit I was one of those pessimists who expected it to crash after Brexit but so far have been proved wrong. Never mind I usually am. :laugh: :laugh:

I have just received a cheque from an old UK bank account, which I had forgotten about, for just over 40 pounds, as the account is now closed..  I suspect it will cost me more to pay it into my Spanish account, so hardly worth doing so.  Apparently, the closer is due to Brexit???  Anyone else had this? :huh:
