I stupidly clicked on the free 30 day trial of Amazon Prime as it gave me a chance to view films. Having now bought a new box I am able to view via that. Now I cannot stop Amazon taking money from my bank every month and it is almost impossible to cancel it.
Does anyone know a way to do this in easy steps which I can understand, please???

On Amazon the bottom the page is a list, click on prime and you should be able to cancel there. They give you the option to cancel immediately or send you a reminder several days before the next payment.

Is this Amazon dot es frankie or perhaps the uk version?
Our Spanish Prime is 33 euros per year and paid yearly, it's worth every centimo :thumbsup:

That did not work! It led me to buy a book telling me how to cancel!!! I'm going to get bank to cancel or block them.

This what is shown on Google:
To cancel your Amazon Prime subscription, sign in to your Amazon account and click the Account drop-down. Then, select Prime Membership. Next, click Update, cancel and more under the Membership heading, followed by End membership.
