Adjectives in the English language absolutely have to be in a certain order, this is
Opinion-Size-Age-Shape-Colour-Origin-Material-Purpose-Noun.
So you can have a Lovely little old round blue French porcelain coffee cup.
But if you mess with that order you will sound like an maniac, the strange thing is that every native English speaker knows and uses this list but almost none could write it down.
So Old porcelain lovely blue round French little coffee cups just cannot exist.
