Yes, I have a problem logging into Santander Frankie, I don't know your user name and password  :laugh:

Yes, thanks, it was back on again about half an hour ago when I logged in.  No explanation as to why it was down yesterday, though...
Reassuring it wasn't just me, Drax, as I have a fear of pressing the wrong button and losing everything. :wink:
