According to the mayor, the new construction at the BP end of Avenida Lepanto is to be dedicated to the "Water Carrier"
Seguimos adecuando el espacio que inicia la Ave. Lepanto, como saben irá dedicado al aguador.

Meanwhile, it's a case of dodging the potholes in the local roads!

Must get our priorities right! :cheesy: :cheesy:

Driving from La Cinta to AlboX after Yoga on rare occasions is like an obstacle course. I wonder where the money has come from to build these 'improvements' ?
I know for a fact there are Families in the area in serious financial difficulty, depending on donations to feed themselves. What kind of christmas will they have and how do they explain to their kids that Santa and 3 Kings has missed them this year?
Yes, priorities are needed!

Quite right, I think Albox is doing it's best to tidy up and beat Arboleas in the tourist stakes although for most of the Arboleas outlying areas we'd much prefer a telephone signal than fake roman columns or an "amphitheatre" outside the Mayors' favourite mine.
Get your priorities right... it's coming up to voting time.. wasting money on pretty things instead of necessities ain't gonna get a ✅

He seems to be obsessed with roundabouts. The rambla in Albox is in a shit state. My o/h is unable to walk on this, wheelchair is out of the question. I have to go into Albox tomorrow with a crook ankle and have to plan the best way to get to Playa Major without doing more damage to my appendage. Disgraceful. As a Brit ok I have a moan, but what about the local population, many of which have mobility problems.
