healthy, wholesome

1.  Sé que no es sano fumar, pero es muy difícil dejar de hacerlo.

I know smoking isn't healthy, but it's very hard to quit.

2.  Mi abuela fue una mujer sana, amable y respetuosa.

My grandmother was a wholesome, kind, and respectable person.
