Just read this and thought it was so true.

Four things you can’t get back:

The stone after it’s thrown in the sea

The word after it’s said

The occasion after it’s missed

The time after it’s gone

So true Annie. Funny we were talking about this earlier. We had a street party last night with all the neighbours. As the photos are coming through via texts we both said we will have made some more lovely memories.

The older I get the more those words mean to me!
As a child, a day seems like eternity, now, I'm wondering where this year has gone.  Time is such a precious commodity.
