1.  Como estoy harto de los inviernos fríos, me voy a mudar a un lugar con un clima más templado.

Since I'm tired of cold winters, I'm going to move to a place with a milder climate.

2. Ella tiene los dientes sensibles, así que siempre se toma el té templado.

She has sensitive teeth, so she always takes her tea lukewarm.
