Title: Joanna Cherry,QC. back in Court in Edinburgh

The Sottish Parliament are taking further action on Boris Johnson to prevent him disobeying the Law regarding.the extension to January and the letter of application to do this. It will give the Court Power to submit the letter on his behalf

He’s saying to the court that he will ask for an extension, and to Parliament that we come out on the 31st no matter what.  So, he’s lying to one or the other because the two statements are not compatible. 😡

They are if the EU decline an extension. One veto is all that is required.
