A well-known businessman has seemingly been hoarding goods for some time to sell them at a higher price.

2.  La pequeña nación ha estado acaparando cientos de barriles de petróleo en anticipación a la crisis.

The small nation has been stockpiling hundred of barrels of oil in anticipation of the crisis.
