Title: Smart TV's

We are about to have a new smart tv installed, am I right in thinking that as an Amazon prime subscriber, 1 UK, 1 Spanish, we can download the amazon UK prime app on the new tv?

Yes it should be straight forward but if there are any difficulties logging in, contact technical support at Amazon through the website help page (chat) and they'll re-install your account to the new "box"

On our Smart tv as it defines the location we can only use the amazon Spanish prime which we subscribe to if we wanted the UK version we had to use a vpn to watch it

the same happened with the INlaws tv so I configured the VPN via their router so they could use Brit apps to watch tv

The main tv has an English firestick for which we pay a yearly subscription  for the English programs.  The reason I asked the question was if we can download the amazon prime app and not have the firestick plugged in.

yes but only Spanish prime or use a vpn
