1.  Jaime le pidió matrimonio a su novia con una serenata interpretada por unos mariachis.

Jaime asked his girlfriend to marry him with a serenade played by mariachis.

2.  Anoche, mi vecino sorprendió a su esposa con una serenata. Fue muy bonito todo, por supuesto, pero no me dejó dormir.

Last night, my neighbor surprised his wife with a serenade. The whole thing was very beautiful, of course, but it kept me from sleeping.
