It is becoming increasingly difficult to not be affected by the various warnings re a No Deal Brexit (I am a Remainer), especially from big business, the NHS, Transport companies etc etc.  I am finding it incomprehensible that Parliament is not being recalled early and will only be sitting again within a matter of days before UK drops out of the EU, with or without a deal. Living here in Spain, we may be able to escape some of the worst consequences of No Deal but we still do not know how Medical Care will be affected here, or how low the Pound will fall.
Last time I was this concerned for the future was during the Bay of Pigs debacle back in the 60's.

There's more than one side to every story.

I expect all the ex-pats living in Spain voted to remain?

Unfortunately there is only one side to this  story  ( downside )
I have met many expats in Arboleas who voted leave because of the eastern europeans working and living in the UK even though they are doing the same themselves  in Spain.??
Besides the loss to pensioners and others  with the continuing slide of sterling and the upcoming disaster at ports and airports and the prospect of a recession for years to come there have already been 5 attempts to kill British police officers in NI this year , all a precursor for far worse things to come.
Dont lose any sleep indeed !!!
Well maybe just a little.???

How or why any Brit residing in Spain, or any other EU country, would have voted Leave or not voted at all, is totally beyond understanding IMO.
