Rodney, the PP councillor has just posted the following on another site. Not sure if he posts on here so thought I would put it here just in case this information is of interest to anyone using this forum.
"You maybe interested to know that the Parliament in Seville last Thursday, 24 October 2019 ratified the legislation for the AFO, and subsequently all political parties, including the PSOE, voted in favour with the exception of the leftist Adelante Andalucia party. This now means an AFO can be legally recognised as a means to obtain an escritura.
