Looking to buy a cheap tablet so o/h can read newspaper on-line.  Is 4GB Ram, 64GB Rom enough.

This was published in August 2019.... (it doesn't say so on the site but I know where to look)... so not too out of date I hope. Many of the tablets are still available and maybe discounted by newer models issued in the last 9 months?
