Bar Wassy closes because of Covid-19

It is becoming a prevention protocol that several establishments and restaurants have already implemented when one of their employees has tested positive for covid-19. In the last hours the closure of an establishment after detecting a case of coronavirus in one of its workers has taken place in Albox.

Specifically, it has been the 'Wassy' bar that has announced its closure on social networks due to "a positive case of Covid-19 among the staff", so acting responsibly, it has decided to close its doors for the moment. The statement continues by adding that "as for our clients they have already informed us that it is not contagious (in reference to the Coronavirus) through food, so peace of mind and we will see you back," adds the Albojense establishment located in its urban nucleus.

We regret to inform that one of the tobacconist's workers has contracted covid 19, so we will keep it closed as a precautionary measure until further notice: We also want to convey to our clients peace of mind, taking into account that all the required protection measures have been maintained.  We also believe that the contagion has not been in the tobacconist or in Árboleas, take good care of yourself !!!!!

And yet still bars are getting permission to hold quizzes, it beggars belief that people are willing to go.  I know the bars are desperate for custom, but if they get a patron test positive they have lockdown for two weeks.

3 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in our municipality, since the last statement published, being a total of 5 cases today.

The data of the affected persons cannot be revealed by the Data Protection Law, they are in home isolation. Several tests are pending to detect possible new cases. We ask for peace of mind from the public since the Town Council is taking all the measures recommended by the authorities, in coordination with the different Administrations, to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.

According to the Andalusian Health Service page, a possible case of Covid-19 infection will be considered any person with a mild acute respiratory infection (fever over 38º and persistent dry cough). In this case, you should NOT go to the Medical Centre, you must call the contact telephone number of the Junta de Andalucía which is 90040061.
