Yesterday Butano Man called but not until he'd already been delivering in the village.  He was telling me the number of deaths in the villages he delivers to.  Most were elderly but I was still surprised at the numbers.  Apparently there had been 7 in my village alone and, as he said, there will be many more.  I gave him cash and washed my hands well as soon as I came inside.
I wonder how many Octogenarians and above, will still be around when this thing is done?    :cry:

As he has a very thick Andalucian accent I find him very hard to understand, even after he has repeated himself, as many do.  I also did not really want to stand gassing (no pun intended) with him.  I am assuming they were covid-19 related as it stemmed from me asking if his family were all OK.
