Sleeping?
« on: 13 Apr, 2020, 08:27:20 am »
I overslept this morning; I never oversleep.  I don't usually sleep much.  Rarely 8 hours a night, usually 5 or 6.  I am sure this unusual situation affects people in different ways but I have never slept so much and so deeply.

I overslept yesterday until 10am unheard of for me. Trouble is I'm going to bed earlier as well cos I'm bored with the TV. I used to really enjoy my siesta for about an hour but I've now renamed it 'horizontal thinking ' because I'm not tired enough to nap. My timetable is all over the place.

I usually sleep 7/8 hours, but now I wake up around 4.00 am and fitful after that.

I usually go to bed somewhere between 11.30 and 12 and normally as soon as my head hits the pillow I'm off.  Now, I toss and turn for ages before going off using my yoga techniques.  I do still get up about the same time - somewhere around 7 - 7.30
As I am now doing a bit of manual work outside I do feel tired....
