If you have Facebook, you can log in through that, if you don't, click play as a guest. I'm currently playing 15 games simultaneously.
Also every Thursday evening, at just after 9pm in Spain, on Youtube there is the Virtual Pub Quiz Live.
Its a bit of fun to break up the boredom.
