The Weather

Well I should have been resting up for a whole month over there now but unfortunately I had to skip the flight on Monday because of a family illness. Pity because I was really looking forward to going.

However, the weather in the UK has been pretty good all week and I had a long walk this morning along a leafy winding country road. The weather was perfect and it was good to just clear my mind of all the clutter and also hopefully shed some ounces along the way.

That just reminds me that I need to strip off and jump on the scales for my Thursday weigh in!


Ooops I hope Frankie has had her two eggs sunny side up before reading this.  :embarrassed:

Due to cat problems (don't ask) I have only just seen this post and am now all of a doo da at the prospect of Richard prancing about in the nuddy with the packed lunch waving around.... :shocked: :shocked: :shocked:

Just in defense of the male type,  when you have seen one Doreen you  certaintly havent seen  them all !??

I saw a UK group of the Chippendales many years ago.  It was all just a bit of pickle as far as I could see.... :whistle:
