Keep  seeing  on Facebook that if you have someone  driving  your  car you have to carry a signed  form from the owner  of the car that they  have  permission, is this true?

Yes, CAB Spain suggest that you fill in the following form when you authorise someone to drive your vehicle temporarily, to avoid misunderstandings when stopped by the Guardia.

The link Brimar gave does work if you copy the text from the message instead of clicking on the link (which was broken halfway through. I guess because of the O acute ).
