I was sad to hear the news  Doris Day has died

I used to have a crush on her when I was a young lad of 5 years old.

A lovely lady. RIP

I love Doris Day films, Im an old soul Im sure of it her songs were so fab

Good morning , good morning

She was amazing with Howard Keel

She was also a great actress who really did shine especially with Rock Hudson

Great song but is the Deadwood stage really relevant?

Raymondo

Drax. Relevant to what ????   It was one of the great Doris songs.

Thank you for the link to the clip from the film raymondo

The last time I saw that was when my dear nana took me to the cinema to  see the film as a young lad.

It brought back some happy memories.

I saw it at the cinema originally but have watched many times since.  I really wanted to be like her...
There are very few of her era still alive.  Was surprised to see Kirk Douglas posted and that he's 102....

Doreen

This made me think of who we loved on TV when we were young and wanted to be like.

I wanted to be Kelly on Charlie's Angels. I remember trying to get my hair to flick out like hers using curling tongs and my hair singed and Mammy had to cut pieces of my hair. 😩😩😩

Raymondo

Doreen,   Angels are like diamonds. , they cant be made ,  you have to find them ,  each one is unique.!!
Just like yourself no doubt.
🌠😇

Doreen

Ah thanks Raymondo, you know me too well 🤣
