I was sad to hear the news Doris Day has died
I used to have a crush on her when I was a young lad of 5 years old.
A lovely lady. RIP

Great song but is the Deadwood stage really relevant?

Thank you for the link to the clip from the film raymondo
The last time I saw that was when my dear nana took me to the cinema to see the film as a young lad.
It brought back some happy memories.

I saw it at the cinema originally but have watched many times since. I really wanted to be like her...
There are very few of her era still alive. Was surprised to see Kirk Douglas posted and that he's 102....

This made me think of who we loved on TV when we were young and wanted to be like.
I wanted to be Kelly on Charlie's Angels. I remember trying to get my hair to flick out like hers using curling tongs and my hair singed and Mammy had to cut pieces of my hair. 😩😩😩
