The disabled parking space in Plaza Nuevo had a car in the space with hazard lights flashing and the GC were parked 2 spaces along. Pulled round flashed the disability badge at them and they descended on the car. Just then 2 women came huffing and puffing shouting no, no and lo siento and waving papers in the air. With that they got a ticking off and sent packing. I was so satisfied.
