For me it depends on how the results are going.
The better they go, the longer I will stay up.
The high turn out and youth vote give me some hope, but then it is the hope that kills you.
Fear I may be tucked up by 1pm, and then  wake up tomorrow, hoping that it had all been a bad dream!

Chuff ... night night

I went early and got up about 4am  - not too much happens before then, being an hour in front. Nice to see Scotland turn bright yellow and Jo Swinson kicked out. Most of the North West and Yorkshire turning blue and the likes of Don Valley voting Conservative for the first time ever.

I saw Jeremy Dustbin's speech that he was resigning

I wonder how many people still think that everything will be back to status quo by monday with big deals having been made with the US and other countries who are doubtless fighting to do a deal with Boris?   I wonder how long it will take for realisation to dawn that this will only be the beginning...

On reflection, I am glad they won.  At least now they won't be able to blame anyone else for the omnishambles we are heading for. It will be on their watch and they will go down in history as the party that lead us there

I felt that way the last time labour won the election.  Can't remember how far back that was though!

Must be well over 10 years....

I think the last time they had a "good" election was when Tony won it.. and look at the mess he got himself into...

Nothing we can do will influence the Brexit process now, just have to sit back and hope that somehow they get a trade deal sorted out otherwise this time next year we could be back to No-Deal time.   

One of my main concerns is reciprocal health care,  Spain has promised we will continue to get it until the end of 2020, which means they have just 12 months to sort it out but I doubt it will be high on the list of priorities...
