Freedom of speech
« on: 12 Sep, 2022, 09:54:03 pm »
On the long walk down the royal mile today a 22 year old shouted to duke of york, 'you are a sick old man'.  True but not exactly the right time.  Why arrest him?  The lower case of his title is deliberate.  I hope King Charles cuts out the likes of him and his bug eyed kids, who by the way are married to millionaires. or

He was the Queen's  favourite and she would probably have "let him back ln" eventually but I doubt Charles will

I’d like to think they arrested him for his own safety Roscoe.
Feelings are running high against people who are protesting against the Monarchy at the moment.
Look at what happened to the woman chip shop owner  in the Highlands who came out of her shop with a bottle of bubbly in one hand and a sign saying “lizard liz” is dead”, in the other.
She was pelted with eggs, and now she’s had her shop windows smashed.
Don’t condone that behaviour from either side, but think the police have to tread a fine line.

I am so glad I am not alone in being so pissed off that he seems to be taking far too much of a role in current proceedings.  To see the new Prince of Wales walking behind the d of y today on the way to Westminster Hall was IMO
 out of order...
