Images hidden

In order to investigate I'd need an example of which images are not displaying.  :dunno:

For instance:
* Attachments uploaded to the server are only available to someone who is logged in, guests get a message that they aren't allowed to view them.
* Images linked to an outside source via the {img}{/img} system (replace curly brackets with square ones) should be available to everyone. :tiphat:
