I need to contact Amazon es either by emailing or phoning please, anybody help

frankie

I had to contact them a few months back and did it via the order that I had placed.

Roscoe

I returned the item today with return label supplied via Correos, which should have been free but got charged 19.50€.  Not happy, I have sent a message via the order and written a stinking review.

theres a chat function on amazon.es

Tried that but I keep going round in circles.  Will try again when I have calmed down.

Thanks Drax, finally found when I had calmed down and now sent a snotty message to Amazon, plus I had to queue at Correos for 20 minutes.  Not happy.  The item I returned was 5.89€ and had to pay 19.50€ to return after following instructions!

Roscoe, I sent back a damaged bedspread a couple of months ago.  There was no return label included and I was also charged 19.50 (or there abouts).  I sent a similar letter to you and heard not a peep from them, so was very surprised when I checked my bank account to find they had not just reimbursed the cost of the bedspread but also the postage.  I then bought a different bedspread which turned out to be better than the original one and cheaper...
Don't give up, hope!

Some years ago I had to return a toaster (4 slice) and it went via Colin the Card postal system - not cheap at 34€ - and twice the price of the toaster. I sent the receipt for postage and was reimbursed in full.

Maybe that is why they now have the local office in Albox

Local Office in Albox?  Where is that, please?

Drax

It's the newsagents, stationery shop in San Francisco, from suicide corner down the hill, turn first left and then right... it's only an agent for returns (I think)

They are the ones advertising for staff, must speak English and Soanish.  Now I lnow why  :cheesy:

Roscoe

Got my refund, but now have to chase postage.

frankie

I wonder why you didn't get the two together like I did?

Roscoe

Don't know Frankie, but will chase.  The shop in question is also a lottery outlet and nice people as well.
