I was also shocked. He was even rude to his team when he stomped back into his garage... I can imagine him throwing toys out of the pram when he was still in his teens...
So glad both came out of that accident relatively unscathed. I suspect it might have been a totally different result prior to the ruling on the cage being installed. Lewis' helmet alone would not have saved him. Just shows how far the safety measures have come in the sport.
It was a well earned result for Ricciardo, his second P1 in F1, I think?
The feud between Hamilton and Verstappen will continue and I hope it does not result in one or both, taking each other out. It's been some time since there has been a fatality and I hope they don't break that record...
