I had anticipated having had the most rain up here.  Nowhere close to what Palomares had....

From 22nd - colder this year

Judi_bk

From 29th - temperatures fairly similar

Judi_bk

From 6th December - cooler nights this year

Judi_bk

From 13th warmer last year particularly Partaloa

frankie

Interesting that days were slightly cooler though!

Judi_bk

Much colder nights last year.  The 26th and 27th saw below zero temperatures from Somontín, Partaloa, El Chopo and Arboleas.  El Chopo had -4 on 27th, Somontín had -3 on 26th, the other nights/locations were -1.  Not on the coast

The temperatures for December this week must have been the highest since I moved here.  Hope they are not a precursor to really bad weather...

Judi_bk

Again much colder last year.  El Chopo had -3 on 31st and -1 on 30th.  Somontín had -1 on 29th, 30th and 3rd January

frankie

Fascinating that Vera Playa and Palomares have been cooler than inland!

Judi_bk

It has been misty and foggy down there

We went down to Garrucha on Sunday morning for a walk along the prom. Left Arbie in brilliant sunshine and by the time we'd got to the buganvillas roundabout I was wondering where the fog light switch was on the car, even got the snowflake warning on the dash - never seen anything like it but within an hour the sun had burnt off all the mist/cloud, turned out nice after all
